心橱 App 的许可使用受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA） 约束。本页面补充说明账号、自动续订、AI 功能和支持安排；如与 Apple 标准 EULA 冲突，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。
Your license to use Closet Dairy is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page adds account, auto-renewal, AI-feature, and support disclosures. If there is a conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

1. 服务范围 / Service

心橱是一款本地优先的 iOS 个人衣橱、穿搭记录与天气 / AI 穿搭建议 App。部分功能可匿名使用；账号、联网、系统权限、订阅或 AI 额度可能是特定功能的必要条件。

Closet Dairy is a local-first iOS wardrobe, outfit-log, and weather / AI styling app. Some features work anonymously; an account, network connection, system permission, subscription, or AI credits may be required for particular features.

2. 账号与设备数据 / Accounts and device data

• 您应妥善保护登录凭证，并对通过您的账号发起的操作负责。
• 衣橱主数据默认保存在设备本地。您应自行决定是否使用 App 提供的备份、导出或 iCloud 私有同步能力。
• 注销账号不会自动删除设备上的本地衣橱数据；本地数据需由您在 App 或系统中另行管理。

You are responsible for protecting account credentials. Wardrobe data remains on device by default, and you decide whether to use backup, export, or private iCloud sync. Deleting an account does not automatically erase wardrobe data stored on your device.

3. Pro 自动续订 / Pro auto-renewable subscriptions

• 心橱 Pro 提供月度和年度自动续订方案；实际可购买项目、价格、币种、周期和权益以 App Store 购买界面为准。
• 确认购买后，费用由 Apple 从您的 Apple 账号收取。
• 除非您在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则订阅会自动续订。Apple 可能在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内收取续订费用。
• 购买后可在 iOS“设置 → Apple 账号 → 订阅”或 App Store 的订阅管理页面查看、更改或取消订阅。
• 删除心橱账号或 App 不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。退款和账单争议由 Apple 按其规则处理。
• 若购买界面未明确展示免费试用，则该方案不包含免费试用。

Closet Dairy Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans. Available products, price, currency, duration, and benefits are shown by the App Store. Apple charges your Apple Account after confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically, and Apple may charge within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Closet Dairy account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles refunds and billing disputes under its policies.

4. AI 与虚拟试穿 / AI and virtual try-on

AI 识别、对话推荐和虚拟试穿结果由模型生成，可能不准确、不完整或与真实效果不同，不构成专业建议或购买承诺。请在使用结果前自行判断，不要上传您无权处理的内容，也不要利用服务生成违法、侵权、欺诈或伤害他人的内容。

AI recognition, chat recommendations, and virtual try-on results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from real-world results. They are not professional advice or a purchase guarantee. Review results before relying on them, upload only content you have the right to process, and do not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content.

5. 您的内容 / Your content

您保留对自己衣橱数据、图片和文字的权利。仅当您主动使用联网、AI 或试穿功能时，您授予服务运营方为提供该次功能所必需的有限处理权限。具体处理方式和删除选择见隐私政策。

You retain rights in your wardrobe data, images, and text. When you choose a networked, AI, or try-on feature, you grant the limited processing permission necessary to provide that feature. See the Privacy Policy for processing and deletion choices.

6. 可用性与变更 / Availability and changes

我们会尽合理努力维护服务，但不保证网络、天气、AI、订阅校验或第三方服务始终可用。为保障安全、合规或产品运行，我们可能修复、调整、暂停或停止部分功能；已购订阅的处理仍受 Apple 规则和适用法律约束。

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted network, weather, AI, entitlement, or third-party availability. Features may be fixed, changed, suspended, or discontinued for security, compliance, or operational reasons. Purchased subscriptions remain subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.
